Founded in 2010, Shanghai Fosun Health Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. ("Fosun Health" or the "Group") is a majority-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical (Group) Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 600196.SH; 02196.HK). Over more than a decade of development, Fosun Health has evolved into an integrated online-and-offline medical service platform centered in the Greater Bay Area, with general hospitals as its core operations and specialty care services in oncology, orthopedics, and other clinical disciplines.

Fosun Health is committed to becoming a "trusted, innovative, and high-quality healthcare partner". It continuously advances medical specialty capabilities, promotes integrated operations across its medical institutions, bridges in-person and digital care, extends primary care coverage, delivers multi-tiered specialty services, and innovatively builds a whole-life-cycle health management system.

As of December 31, 2025, Fosun Health operates and holds majority control in 19 medical institutions, including general hospitals, specialty hospitals, clinics, and independent clinical laboratories, with a total of more than 6,500 beds and 9 internet hospital operating licenses. Its affiliated institutions include 76 key specialties at the provincial and municipal levels, and five hospitals hold GCP accreditation. Several institutions are designated hospitals under the "Hong Kong and Macao Drug and Medical Device Access" program, through which nearly 60 innovative international drugs and medical devices have been introduced.

Fosun Health is accelerating its global strategic expansion into South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East—actively developing markets in Indonesia, Bangladesh, Mongolia, Hong Kong, and Macau—to build an open, stable, and professional international medical collaboration network. Concurrently, Fosun Health continues to strengthen synergies between healthcare services and insurance, with its affiliated medical institutions having partnered with over 55 domestic and international insurers.

Fosun Health ranked No.2 in the "2024-2025 Top 100 Private Hospital Groups in China" by Ailibi GAHA, maintaining its position among the top three for four consecutive years. A total of nine hospitals under the Group were included in the "2024-2025 Top 500 Private Hospitals in China. " Notably, Fosun Hospital Foshan has maintained its No.1 national ranking in this category for eight consecutive years (2018–2025).
