Mr. Hu Hang, holding a Master’s degree, is currently the Senior Vice President of Fosun Pharma, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fosun Health, President of the Greater Bay Area Hospital, Chairman of Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital, Chairman of Shenzhen Hengsheng Hospital, and Chairman of Guangzhou Fosun Chancheng Hospital. Mr. Hu joined the Group in September 2010 and successively served as the Assistant to the President ,the Vice President ,the President, the CEO and Chairman of Shanghai Fosun Healthcare (Group) Co., Ltd., the Vice President and CFO, Executive President and President of Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital, the President of Fosun Health, and other positions of the company. Mr. Hu also serves as a director of the China Hospital Association, vice president of the Guangdong Provincial Hospital Association, and president of the Social Medical Branch of the Guangdong Provincial Hospital Association.

Mr. Zeng Mingguang, holding an MBA degree, is currently the Vice President of Fosun International Limited, Co-President of Fosun Insurance Segment, President of China Region, and Co-Chairman of Fosun Health. Mr. Zeng joined the Group in October 2013 and served as General Manager and Chairman of Fosun United Health Insurance Co., Ltd. Before joining the Group, Mr. Zeng served as Section Member of the Life Insurance Department of China Reinsurance Company, Director of the Life Insurance Department of China Reinsurance Company Shanghai Branch, Assistant General Manager of the Life Insurance Department of China Continent Insurance Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of China Continent Insurance Co., Ltd. Zhejiang Branch, and General Manager of the Life Insurance Department of China Continent Insurance Co., Ltd. He also has seven years of experience in the medical field.

Mr. Chen Qiyu, holding a Master's degree, is currently an Executive Director and Co-Chief Executive Officer of Fosun International Limited, a Non-Executive Director of Fosun Pharma, and a Director of Fosun Health. Mr. Chen served as the board secretary, general manager, deputy chairman, executive director, chairman and other positions of Fosun Pharma from April 1994 to October 2020.

Mr. Chen Yuqing, holding a Bachelor’s degree, is currently the Senior Vice President of Fosun International Limited, an Executive Director and Chairman of Fosun Pharma, Director of Fosun Health, and Chairman of Jianjia Healthcare. Mr. Chen joined the Group in January 2010 and successively served as the assistant to the president and general manager of the Human Resources Department, vice president, senior vice president, co-president, co-chief executive officer, non-executive director and other positions of Fosun Pharma. Before joining the Group, Mr. Chen worked at the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Shanghai University, Yanfeng Visteon Automotive Trim Systems Co., Ltd., Shanghai Elysion (Group) Co., Ltd., and Global Mart Limited, among other enterprises.

Ms. Guan Xiaohui, holding a Master's degree, is currently the Vice President of Fosun International Limited, an Executive Director and Co-Chairman of Fosun Pharma, and a Director of Fosun Health. Ms. Guan joined the Group in May 2000 and successively served as the vice president and chief accountant, senior vice president and chief financial officer, executive president and chief financial officer, deputy chairman and other positions of Fosun Pharma.

Ms. Feng Rongli, holding a Master's degree, is currently the Executive President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO) of Fosun Pharma, and a Director of Fosun Health. Ms. Feng joined the Group in April 2020 and successively served as Vice President & General Manager of Human Resources Department, Senior Vice President & General Manager of Human Resources Department, Executive President & Chief Human Resources Officer (CHO) and General Manager of Human Resources Department of Fosun Pharma. Mr. Li Tao, holding a Master's degree, is currently the Executive President of Fosun International Limited, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Fosun Insurance Segment, and a Director of Fosun Health. Mr. Li joined the Group in 2017. Before joining the Group, Mr. Li worked at China Taiping Insurance Group Company Limited as the Chief Financial Officer and was responsible for planning actuarial, investment line, and overseas insurance business. Mr. Li is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).

Ms. Zhang Yi, holding a Master’s degree, is currently a Director of Fosun Health. Ms. Zhang served as the co-founder and executive director of Huaren Yuntong Holdings Group from 2018 to September 2024, and has previously served as the CFO and member of the investment decision-making committee of Rose Holdings Group, the executive director and CEO of Beijing Beiqi Tianhua New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. (formerly a listed company on the New Third Board), and the executive director and CFO of Shangde Power Holdings Co., Ltd. (NYSE: STP), the CFO and COO of Deloitte China and Deloitte Consulting Greater China, the CFO of Philips Electronics China headquarters and subsidiaries. Ms. Zhang has over 35 years of practical operation and management experience in the entire chain of enterprises, including listing (pre/mid/post), mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and post investment management, structure building, tax planning, etc., related to mixed ownership reform platforms for foreign enterprises, Sino foreign joint ventures, private enterprises, and state-owned enterprises.

Ms. Zhu Yue, holding a Ph.D. degree, is currently the Vice President and General Manager of Legal Department of Fosun Pharma, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee of Fosun Health. Ms. Zhu joined the Group in October 2020 and successively served as Assistant to the President and General Manager of Legal Department of Fosun Pharma. Before joining the Group, Ms. Zhu served as an Attorney and Senior Attorney at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in the United States, Senior Attorney of Milbank LLP in the United States, Senior Attorney and Consultant Lawyer of Clifford Chance LLP in the United Kingdom, Managing Director of the Legal Department of Fosun International Limited.

Mr. Yang Chuanhua, holding a Ph.D. degree,is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Fosun Health, as well as a Supervisor of the company. Mr. Yang joined the Group in 2016 and served as Vice President of Fosun Healthcare. Before joining the Group, Mr. Yang served as President of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Additionally, Mr. Yang serves as Council Member of China Association of Chinese Medicine, Executive Council Member of the First Cardiovascular Disease Professional Committee of World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, and Vice President of Shandong Medical Association.

Mr. Liu Yi, holding a Ph.D. degree, is currently the Company' s Executive Director, Chief Executive Officer and President, Co-Chairman of Innovative Medicines Division, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Fosun MedTech Division, and Supervisor of Fosun Health. Dr. Liu joined the Group in November 2015 and successively served as the Chief Technology Officer, Co-President and President of Medical Technology of Fosun Pharma's Medical Device Division, the Vice President , Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Medical Devices Division，Senior Vice President , Chairman of Medical Diagnosis Division of Fosun Pharma. Before joining the Group, Mr. Liu served as the Deputy Section Officer of the Medical Equipment Department and the Section Officer of the Market Supervision Department of State Food and Drug Administration (Currently China Food and Drug Administration) , Deputy Head and Head of Beijing Medical Equipment Laboratory.

Mr. Yang Chuanhua, holding a Ph.D. degree,is currently the Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer (CMO) of Fosun Health. Mr. Shen Han,holding an MBA degree, is currently the Vice President and President of Jianjia Healthcare. Mr. Shen joined the Group in October 2015 and successively served as Assistant to the President and Co-General Manager of the Strategic Planning Department, Vice President of Fosun Healthcare and General Manager of the Strategic Center and Internet Healthcare Management Department，and Vice President and Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Fosun Health.
